Il nostro Bed and Breakfast è situato in una villa in mattoni fugati, con ricchissimo giardino, in un contesto tranquillo, a 5 minuti dal casello autostradale di Udine sud e a pochi minuti dal centro città. Il B&B dispone di appartamento bicamere, indipendente, con finiture e arredamento caratteristici e di pregio, con tre posti letto (ampliabili a sei), cucina riservata per la colazione, soggiorno a disposizione. L’ospite ha in uso questi spazi sempre in via esclusiva. L’atmosfera è rilassante, il contesto incantevole e molto curato; sono garantiti comfort e privacy. Lingua parlata: Inglese.

Schöne Villa, liebevoll von den Eigentümern gepflegt, stolz auf einen Garten der in jeder Saison Plätze bietet, die Bewunderung hervorrufen. Man atmet eine ruhige Atmosphäre in diesem Aufeinanderfolgen von Wegen, Pfaden, Steinstufen und Winkeln des absoluten Relax.
DIE MANSARDE
Die besonders gepflegte Wohnung steht den Gästen zur Verfügung, um Augenblicke der Privacy in vornehmer Umgebung genießen zu können. Geeignet für Kurzreisen sowie Mehrtägige Aufenthalte aus Berufs-oder Studiumsgründen oder um Urlaub zu machen, wo man ein zauberhaftes Klima auskosten kann. Derzeit stehen drei Schlafplätze, mit der Möglichkeit mehr Platz in Ausnahmefällen zu schaffen (ausziehbare Couch), eine frei zugängliche Küche und Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung

In Friaul, in Udine, wo es guten Wein und Essen gibt. Wo es Einen immer wieder herzieht und wo viele ihre Zelte aufschlagen, aus dem einfachen Grund, weil man sich wohlfühlt und die Menschen einzigartig sind. Man kann Venedig als Tagesausflug besuchen und am Abend wieder nach Hause kommen. Die nahegelegenen Aquileia, Cividale, Palmanova, Lignano, Grado, Triest, S.Daniele d.Friuli, Gemona, Venzone ... und den Collio zum Weinkosten in den typischen „trattorie“ ... die wundervollen Landschaften, muss man gesehen haben.

Udine
Rilassarsi sulle colline del Collio, l’Alta Valle del Torre, La Carnia, girando per trattorie e cantine e splendidi scenari…
Tanti luoghi interessanti sono facilmente raggiungibili: Lignano, Grado, Trieste, Pirano, Aquileia , l’Austria, la Slovenia, le Dolomiti… soprattutto Venezia.
Vi suggeriamo di prendere il treno per Venezia al mattino e ritornare in giornata, non ci si stressa, si riescono a vedere mille cose e si risparmia.
Venezia è la mia preferita, Venezia mi affascina, Venezia mi incanta.
Tanti, numerosissimi ospiti soggiornano da noi e poi visitano Venezia.
Venezia è anche Udine, dove le tracce della sua civiltà sono visibili. Venezia è meraviglia, Venezia è arte.
Suggeriamo questa opportunità di soggiornare a Udine per una breve vacanza e organizzare una visita anche a Venezia, perché così, abbiamo scoperto, fanno moltissimi Americani, Tedeschi, Canadesi, Giapponesi, Danesi, Svedesi, Olandesi…
